Vodacom data usage

Is it just me or are the managers always in meeting when you have a problem or query or do they not have managers that run the bussiness? I have a problem with data usage whhich has suddenly gone up for last 2 months. When you query it they then say "we lodge a complain"...when you follow up a week later why you havent heard from anyone yet they tell you that it would take atleast another 2 weeks before you would hear from anyone!!!! In the meantime we as consumers must just keep on paying!!!!!. This harfly seems fair. If I do or offer a job to client it is my responsibility to ensure that he/she gets what they pay for but it aeems tvat vodacom is above us all and untouchable. Just an indication of usage....4gigs in 3 days time whilst not using phone or laptop to download or view anything except few conversational emails. Is this possible?
