Suddenly the amount of Data that used to last me well over a month now lasts me less than half the month. For instance, the day I recharged 500MB was deducted from my account. In one day 500MB is used??? When confronting Vodacom about this, they say it is excessive data usage and not their fault. However I was barely on my phone that day. I have spoken to quite a few users and they have the same problem where data is just 'Vanishing' so surely it is a problem on your side???
