Vodacom data theft continues...

Vodacom has ****** me of 10 gigs in one month:

I bought a package with 4 monthly gigs and 150 airtime minutes and 25 smses and 10gigs once off from a VodaShop store in Ballito Junction (mezz level). Not only did the consultant not inform me that the 10gigs once off would expire after 1 month, but any fine print to this effect was not brought to my attention (and so I am doubtful of such fine print's existence in my contract at all). I have phoned vodacom for reimbur*****t but my query was just closed with a "goodwill gesture" of 3 gigs.

Vodacom, It's not a goodwill gesture to give back 30% of what was wrongfully taken!

I want the oustanding 10 gigs returned.

That 10 gigs should also only be consumed once my month data has been used up, not before, because my monthly data only has a one month carry over, but no time limit was given to my 10gig allocation.
