Vodacom Data Store Tygervalley customer service stinks

<p>I was at the Tygervalley Data Shop yesterday. I stood there for 20 minutes before somebody actually acknowledged me. There were 7 employees and only 3 were with a client. Eventually I handed in my Vodacom tablet to be reset. I got home and had to re-enter my gmail adress. I still cannot get into my tablet. I phoned them about the problem today and I was told to take the tablet in again. As I complained about the bad service yesterday, I was told (very arrogantly) that they are a shop and not a call centre. </p> <p>I refuse to ever go back to a place with such a lack of respect for their clients.</p>
