Vodacom data *******

I am really flabbergasted with the way that Vodacom has been *****ing data from me in day light ******* . for three instances i have had data depleted in a matter of seconds or minutes, the last time I just put in data and as soon as I had done I got an sms to say that my data was finished and cellphone data was off. Today I loaded 250mb of data at 10:04am and at 10:19 i got an sms to say that my data was finished, this time my apps were off for cellphone data, my cellular data was however on. The other instance I put data and and was only on whatsapp not even opening images or videos and in under an hour my data was gone. In all instances that i phone the call centre I get told the same nonsense that my internet and my up chowed the data. Can someone from Vodacom please explain, i just wish we get more regulations on this data issue really irritated with Vodacom who keep *****ing my hard earned cash.
