Vodacom - Data Roaming Charges of R14202.58!!!

On 24 November 2015 I went to Zambia and returned on the 26 November 2015 - 2 days. When checking my bill on 24 December 2015 I saw as a shock! that my data roaming for Zambia was R14202.58. If I knew before I went to Zambia that my data roaming would be that high I would not have activated data roaming and would have taken the sim card out of my phone! Nobody told me that I am going to pay so much! I heard from my friends that Vodacom should have sent me an sms when reaching R2000 in order to warn me. I never received such a sms because if I had received the sms I would have stopped using my sim card immediately. I will not pay that amount! If my complaint is not handled to my satisfaction I will go the small claims court as well as putting my complaint up in all social networks so that all people can see how ********* Vodacom operates in order to make a bigger profit!
