Vodacom data rip-off

got a sms telling me I was running out of data and a special offer of 250Mb for R12.50 - the last thing it said deadline was 11.59 today - so I accepted it and yes it gave me the 250Mb or so but it expired at 11.59 that day. So I thought I'd go onto their site to report what I believe is ***** and there is a link for Report ****s and hoaxes, but trying that 3 times just get Help and support banner and nothing else - another hoax
