Vodacom Data Refill
I've notice that Vodacom still likes to just take airtime! Ive cancelled my contract and gone over to pre-paid and for some reason there is this data refill that takes R3 everytime i put my mobile data on!!!!! Then you get this great SMS that says you can opt out which ive done now more than 25 times this then gives you an message saying you will get an sms once the service has been deactivated- after 25times im still waiting for this sms to say the service has been deactivated.!! Get this this morning i get 2 SMS's saying R3 has been deactivated for data refill - i phone vodacom and they cant see this service on my profile???????? But Vodacom keeps taking R3???? After months of this where is my airtime then going??? Why is R3 being taken then,?? Can i get all my R3 back then if they are taking it for a service not active? - my mind tells me that's ***** and *****ling!!!!!
