Vodacom Data problem

It has been three days without data. I tried to buy data by calling. The agents were unable to load the problem. The first agent didn’t give me a reference number. There second did. The third agent, Darryl just referred me to SK, Skambuzo who said he was going to send me an email as confirmation of the call and he never did. Beyond frustrated.
