VODACOM DATA NOT WORKING - NO HELP

I have had internet problems for over a month now. I have logged multiple tickets, spent countless hours on hold waiting for vodacom to pick up, I have gone into the store at Vodacom Sandton and eventually managed to speak to someone named Andre in the Network department. Once again I was promised that I will be called and that my line will be worked on. It's 3 or 4 days later and still nothing. No call, no internet, nothing... I have been told by at least 5 different vodacom representatives that they will call me back and they don't bother.

NEED HELP! I am paying vodacom R1000 a month for a data package that I can't use because when I get home from work my internet goes off at 7pm like clockwork.
