Vodacom Data not getting carried over

Data is not getting carried over again on my other contract, and when i called inm they said they cannot help and that i should go to a store, that is poor and terrible service, i can't wait till my contract ends, so i can move to a better service provider as they not willing to help or value they customers, as i have been with them for over 12 years.
