Vodacom data network useless

Logged a call for my network it is now the second time I am reviewing this for the same thing. They closed my call for network saying they will upgrade the tower near me but still nothing they do not give feedback on this or time frames this call was logged with them in the start of September it is now the start of November if they cannot sort the issue please cancel my lines as I end up paying for a service I cannot use!
