Vodacom Data Network Broken
Vodacom's real performance out here is much worse thant the speed test results. In practice this form does not even load it's ajax requests half the time because the packets are dropped. This is my experience all the time with Vodacom in this area. It seems that the network is heavily congested and my "Vodacom Business" package performs so badly that I can't use even a fraction of the data.
How about a refund for the last 6months that this device has been unusable. Check the logs showing how my usage has dropped as a result of poor network conditions.

28 Nov 2021, 07:14I've not heard back from you beyond the initial email asking for more information. I have a 2nd data contract in a different geography that has also gone down. Taking this to Icassa. I'm done waiting it has been more that 6months.
