Vodacom data keep on disappearing
Data keeps on disappearing. I try to contact Vodacom, they can’t help from the app as I bought the Data online, they gave me an e-mail address which I have mailed numerous times without any reply. Customer service is shocking! 00:00 my 1 GB a day data is allocated. 00:21 sms received data is finished!!! This happens on a regular basis. Vodacom just ignore me and keep on doing this. No backups or updates ran during this time, it is open theft of payed data! Stay away from Vodacom! They are not to trust with NO customer service! Shocking!
