Vodacom Data goes missing and Service Shocking

Hi

I would like to complain about the below about Vodacom:

I have x2 contracts with Vodacom and both of them mysteriously have had their data dissappear. My first contract it has a 1GB data on the contract and the 2nd 300MB, the first contract on the 9th December 2016 it said that I only had 200MB left which is concerning as the contract in question was not using Mobile Data but connected "ONLY" to WIFI; so I logged a call with Vodacom to investigate which I got the SMS but a few days later I got another SMS stating that my call was closed (but there was no resolution - how can 800MB go missing). My 2nd contract in question was on Tuesday 13 December 2016 where I got SMS at 09h35 saying I had 249MB, 09h39 99MB, 09h40 50MB, 09h42 0MB (which was strange as I was connected to a clients WIFI network with WIFI on "ONLY"). I then proceeded to log x2 calls again for both contracts; I was helped buy a very rude consultant with complete disrespect for me as a client; she said that my data usage was for windows updates on my phone and it is correct which I rep**** by stating my phone is an Android phone not a windows phone, she then put me on hold and came back and said it is the same thing which I rep**** it is not; the consultant then proceeded to tell me "LET ME EDUCATE YOU" on how my phone works, I found this extremely rude as I know how to operate my phone as I am in IT and my phone is set as follows to download Android updates "Download software updates automatically when connected to a Wi-Fi network. You will still be able to use you device during download" I also checked my "Data Usage" on the phone and the phone doesnt reflect the usage as Vodacom is stating, I also asked the consultant to look at my contract as I never use my data as I am always connected to WIFI connections at clients and at home I always carry my data over then evenutally lose it after 2 months when Vodacom clears it out back to 300MB; she then proceeded to state I am not listening and she needs to "LET ME EDUCATE YOU", this is complete disrespect for a Vodacom client.

After both calls were logged (1st contract 2nd time now and the 2nd contract the 1st time) I received a SMS a few days later to tell me my calls are closed and the issue resolved which was not the case; I have to contact Vodacom again to log a 3rd call for my 1st contract and a 2nd Call for my 2nd Contract, by this time you could imagine I was extremely frustrated. The consultant who helped me was much better and logged the calls again.

But low and behold a few days later I receive a SMS stating that my issues have been resolved and the tickets closed. For the 1st contract this is not the case, no one has contacted me and feel no one has actually looked into this / investigated the issue of 800MB dissapearing. My 2nd contract Vodacom did send me a letter crediting the data usage and gave me 1Gb free data for the month which I am very grateful for.

So my complaint against Vodacom is the following:

- My first contract the 800MB has not been resolved

- The complete disrespect from the Vodacom consultant (Vodacom you have these calls recorded, please bring this one up and listen to it).

If Vodacom responds to these complaints I do hope the above can be addressed, if they require the Contracts / Reference numbers I can provide them.

Regards

Dissapointed Vodacom Customer
