Vodacom Data Contract
I took out a data contract with Vodacom and had endless problems with the connection. They agreed to cancel the contract and sent a courier out to collect the modem. Well ,that was a couple of months ago and the stop order has not been stopped despite endless call to their customer care and being given the proverbial run around. To be honest I am at a loss as to what to now. Just be very careful before taking out a data contract with Vodacom, you may regret it.

14 Mar 2023, 11:54Well that was certainly not true - "a consultant will make contact with you in due course". No one has bothered to to get hold of me. But this seems to be par for the course with Vodacom's Customer service. Just pass the buck to someone else and and nothing ever gets resolved.
