Vodacom Data Contract
Do not take any Data Contracts with Vodacom. I took a Data Contract with Vodacom on March 2019. The Deal was 5GB + 5GB Bonus and 5GB Night Owl. Vodacom only gave me 5GB Data. I phoned Vodacom more then 10 Times and spoke to Numerous Departments which they said they will fix this problem. It has been Months Later the problem still not solved. I also queried Data Usage which they must send me Report as i only Use Data at Night and it doesnt last long. I wanted them to send and show where is use Data. It has been Month and a Half still no feedback they cant show me the Data Usage.
