Vodacom Data Connectivity Problem
Vodacom data contract - I am located in Bapsfontein, Ekurhuleni. I have been having problems EVERY DAY trying to connect to the internet. I called Vodacom Customer Care and wanted to cancel the contract, they won't cancel because the contract has not expired. The question I want to ask is: SINCE WHEN DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT THE SERVICE PROVIDER CAN'T PROVIDE AND YOU CAN'T CANCEL THE CONTRACT !!!!
This is not a load shedding problem as per their excuse, there was NO LOAD SHEDDING in December 2023 and I had the same problem!
I please need help in this regard.

I did run a speed test and there seems to be a great improvement. Been using the connection whole day without any problems. Once again, thank you!!
