Vodacom data and service

Now about 6 months ago I got a brand new iPhone 7+ and was excited to get to using it as I got a lot of data with it. But that wasn't to be the case. The data worked for about a month then without warning my data completely packed up. It stopped working for safari, App Store, all apps and wouldn't load whatsapp pictures and videos and voice notes. So I thought that maybe it might be a problem with the service so I just left it for a while. Then after about a month of waiting I had had enough. I had given them enough time to sort it out. So I went to the Vodacom store in Pietermaritzburg at the Midlands Mall and asked them very nicely what was wrong and what they were going to do about it. After being sent around the store to different people for about an hour and half I finally got told that they would put in a service request for it to be fixed and that it would take less then two weeks so I should return to them in that time. So two weeks later I can back and the vodacom manager told me that it would take another month. Now I was sick and tired of this but decided I would bite my tongue and would return then. So a month later I return with an almost unusable phone. I questioned them about my phone and then could seem to remember who I was. Eventually after about half an hour of searching they finally found who I was. I thought that this might be the end of my problems. But low and behold it was not to be. They told me straight that my request had come back and that my data struggle occurred with some numbers and that I would have to just survive because it wasn't going to change and that they couldn't help me. The manager then called "next please" straight to my face after almost 5 months of waiting patiently. I am absolutely livid and am at the point of advising anyone getting a new phone not to go with Vodacom and I advise you against it as well.
