Vodacom data and Amazon cloud
So vodacom offered me a data plan of 50G anytime data and 50G night. I didn’t apply for this but I was recharging a lot so they offered it to me as a cheaper alternative. Since getting this package I’ve been spending more as the data runs out so fast and an app called “Amazon cloud” that I don’t have on my phone is taking up a huge chunk of the data. I’ve noticed other complaints related to Amazon cloud and vodacom honestly this isn’t okay. Can vodacom please assist.

16 Jul 2022, 20:36Gifting me with data that Amazon cloud ended up consuming didn’t solve the problem. I went to vodaworld and it was discovered that my number had been recycled and that a subscription attached to this number was using my router data. My phone was thoroughly checked and it was discovered that I had not downloaded anything Amazon related although vodacom did have an Amazon special at some point. I would like vodacom to look at ALL the data consumed by Amazon cloud versus what they “credited” me and give me back my data. I paid for it but didn’t use most of it because of a fault on your end and I see no accountability on your part. I don’t want an apology I want the my data the same way you want your money from me. This should be mutually beneficial
