Vodacom damaged my phone
I have a iPhone 6 Plus 64GB
My facetime camera started shifting on my device.
I took the device in within the warranty period and the device was replaced. I then had the same problem with the replacement device and took the device back within the 3 month period given by Vodacom.
My device was not damaged in any way.
I then got a responce back from Vodacom that the device is bent and does not fall under warranty anymore.
It has been 2 months since I handed in my device and Vodacom is refusing to do anything regarding this problem after they damaged my device.
