Vodacom Damaged my new phone 4 times and lost data

Vodacom damaged my new Galaxy S6 Edge 4 times on separate occasions. I followed all their procedures on customer service escalations and social.media@vodacom. printed 350 pages of email communication plus photo, video and voice recordings of Vodacom not claiming responsibility for damages they cause to a device that is brand new and within warranty. They also deleted all my personal data and photo, after I specified a data backup to be made on the job card. They admitted on voice recording that they didn't do it at all..Natalie Isaacs (Retail Cape Town). Job card as proof ***,***,***,***,***.I followed all procedures and Vodacom is free to delete my private and confidential data even if I specified a backup of specific data to be made. Device is still damaged and the problem not fixed that I booked it in for. The phone unit is at the store I booked it in and I am not accepting it back. Basil De klerk, Tremain Boer, Natalie Isaacs, there are staff I spoke to. Video, photo of damage, voice recording of how they dealt with me.I want someone more senior to deal with this. Call me ***..Julian Jansen. or legal
