Vodacom damaged my credit score

Very bad service. Vodacom has not updated TransUnion since 2021 on my account. So now apparently it shows my account is in the arrears . Which is absolutely untrue .this has obviously negatively affected my credit score causing my bond application to fail. When I tried contacting Vodacom to try and sort things out . They are simply unwilling or don't know how. Just absolutely useless. Does any one know if I can proceed with legal action against Vodacom over this??

Oh great.have a look at this now. So they go ahead and add insurance to my account without consent aswell now.

Dear Customer. As of 01 MAY 2022, in order to ensure you get the best cover, your monthly device insurance premium will increase to align with the increased cost of repairs and replacements. We always strive to ensure your premiums are as low as possible. Your new device insurance premium is now R208.15pm. T&Cs remain the same. For more info contact ***.
