Dear vodacom im really disappointed and disgusted in your service about 2or 3weeks ago a field agent came to me and offered me a wifi package for 399 told me that the package includes a home router a pocket router a ups and a tv box they came to install the wifi i got none of the above mentioned the lady also told me i get a month free i called in to find out what has happened to all the above mentioned the consultant tells me that the package i was signed up for was just for wifi and its 599 no can assist me with this issue as this is false information provided to make a sale its disgusting i called in over 20 times i got the ladies name and number i asked her to give me her managers number she refuses on top of all this they tellme i need to pay if i want to cancel but i was provided with false information by a vodacom consultant im highly upset about the way this is handled after 20 calls no1 can assist me its actually sad and disgusting
