vodacom

be very careful with vodacom. my contract was renewed by them automatically. i requested my contract to be cancelled and also received a ref for it. next thing im billed for something which i dont know about. called them and asked what is happening? they said to me on the system i upgraded on the 26 july 2019. so i asked if we could trace that recording of the cancellation and take it from there,inwas told they cant trace it. upgrading my contract without my consent. i
