Vodacom *****

I don't have a Vodacom account and will never have an account. Someone hacked my details and now I am owing Vodacom money. It has been reported by Vodacom ***** department as *****, but they have already handed me over and said I must pay the account. I have tried everything, please help me urgently as I need to get this sorted out.

They don't even want to provide me with the Rica documentation, they put the phone down and keep on calling. They are also now calling the employer.
