Vodacom.is deducting money without consent which is *****elent by law

27 Jan 2026, 16:29We called Vodacom and ask for an settlement amout which they give us.We did an bank transfer and setteld the amout in full.after 1 year they contacted us saying we have an outstanding balance.We did dispute this and they said they will investigate from their side.They listensed to the recordings and admitted it was an error on their side and that we will.be credited.Fast forward it never happened the total they claimed we own them jumped from 11k to 20k in.one month.They blacked listed us.We called the Vodacom numeeous times and every time we are transfered from one department to another .No on at their customer care centre could help us.Its furstrating and embarrasing .please assist.

28 Jan 2026, 08:37We are tire of talking to consultants that are unable to help us .We want to speak to an manager or higher.As we get transfered from department to another .Remember Vodacom admitted iy was an error on there side we have being an vodacom client for 9 years and during that period we have never ever missed an payment ever.
