Vodacom custormer service sucks!!!

<p>Hi There Hello Peter,its sad to say that after being a vodacom contract holder for more that 8yrs </p> <p>and them never having a problem with myself where payment is concerned that they seriously disappointed</p> <p>me in the past few days.I've had my complaint logged and feedback should've been with in 24yrs but yet not reply.</p> <p>Money was incorrectly deducted from my account and ive been transfered from pillar to post but yet nobody can resolve my problem.Please vodacom sort out your problems and pay back my money.</p>
