Vodacom customers NOT safe at all

I am very dissapointed with Vodacom, i believe my information was shared with **********. A cellphone upgrade was done under my name by someone wo claimed to be a vodacom employee.

Fortunately i managed to immediately contact vodacom online to stop the delivery of a cellphone, but still i am worried what if something like this happens again in future or to somebody else. Funny enough the cellphone delivery adress was in Durban while im not based in that province/city.

I plea with vodacom to investigate this *****/matter as i believe that the ********** are working with people from vodacom reason being, they have all the information and they are able to activate upgrade and authorise them for delivery.

I want to know who from vodacom activated the upgrade without my permission and what is vodacom doing about that ***** vodacom employee.
