Vodacom customer uncare

Had an issue with a laptop still on contract Matter was referred to the Vodacom store who advised to contact Customer Care and log fault. Contacted the Call centre only to be told they don't deal with faults. Had to log fault with a Third party who then advised after several replies the warranty expired they could not assitlst. Emailed Vodacom complaints to cancel contract and I suggested I would settle the remaining balance. However due to mo response and after several requests to reply to email I eventually gave up and contacted them yet again. Finally came through to a consultant named Llachamd who listened to the complaint complimenting me on my VIP status and length of loyalty with Vidacom and offered a retention service as a means of resolving.. I was happy with his service! My cell contract expired and I was not going to upgrade but because he delay with the issue so we'll I gave in and he convinced me to upgrade. Upon upgrade I received thhe phone with NO charging kit. I then contacted the Call centre again was told this guy does not exist. Spoke to 1st consultant was extremely rude shouted back as I vented refused to provide her name. 2nd consultant said rheyh don't deal with reference numbers. 3rd consultant suggested she will just transfer not her department of expertise. 4th consultant advised Will transfer me to Online department. 5th consultant Nthabiseng said I need to go to retention department. Consultant 7 Lungi was the WINNER as she was very firmly scolded that I will not tolerate this behaviour of Vodacom ad she assisted regarding the missing charger. With all the back and forth and the bitter taste left in my mouth I am appalled at the manner in which Vodacom customer agents dealt with my query. If I has to speak to my clients with such cheekoness, back chat and bravery I would be unemployed today! I wish I had words to describe my utter disgust.
