Vodacom Customer Support is non existant
I ported my number to Vodacom from MTN a few years ago. On 29/12/2019 my number stopped working. I phoned Vodacom, tried online support and they all just tell me my number is not a Vodacom Number. I decided to go to the vodacom shop in Mutual Park (pineland, WC). After waiting for 10 minutes in an empty shop I decided to leave.
