Vodacom customer support
Vodacom has very bad customer support, I have upgraded online for a black Friday deal, and it said due to technical issues they will contact me telephonically, I also went to their help section and then received an email and SMS with a ref number. After not hearing from them , I called and they say due to the technical issue my upgrade was not processed and they can no longer offer me that deal. Their mistake but I face the consequences. Wow , never have I experienced that before with any other company. Keep it up Vodacom
