Vodacom customer services is udeless
I am trying to get my blacklist reference number from a phone ****** in Nov 2022. I have not been able to speak to a human, the bot doesn't understand what I need and my email to customer services has been ignored. It is ridiculous not to have people available to answer unusual queries
