Vodacom Customer Services/Care

ok so I contact the customer services at Vodacom to upgrade my contract, after firstly being cut off several times by one of the consultants, I finally manage to get the upgrade done. Then I realized I chose the wrong phone so I call back, again getting cut off several times......so then I get informed they can only change the phone specifications once the courier has delivered the wrong phone and I send it back.....really!!!! Ok, so after waiting more than a week for the wrong phone, I phone them again to ask when the phone will be delivered, just to be informed that the phone I requested wrongly has been discontinued..........So finally I have had enough and I cancell everything the whole upgrade. Yesterday I visited the Key West Vodacom branch, to do my upgrade.......and guess what the previous order WAS NEVER CANCELLED LIKE I REQUESTED!!! So here we go again phoneing the ********** number.........7 times I get cut off!!! Then I asked to speak to a team leader as I have just reached the end with their POOR service, so I talk to a Mr. Thabo Mugbm, sure he didn't even spell his information correctly.......and guess what USELESS again a team leader that has clealy NO IDEE what he is doing there!! So now again still I have not been able to do any upgrade?????? Now explain to me VODACOM how can you make a status on a order to processed if no hand piece was even received......o and this is according to your team leader???? CLOSE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ARE USELESS!!!!!! I need someone to phone me on ********** 264 to tell me how to upgrade my ( ********** 417) number, otherwise I will just cancell my contracts with VODACOM and go over to MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
