Vodacom customer service very bad

I'm having a problem with vodacom my 11gig was depleted on ***9 when I checked the usage it says WhatsApp I called to log a query for them to check and investigate on their back office,they call me back once,I have called them 4times,even now I dont what happened. All I need is vodacom to attend to this query failure to help me they can take close the account I need service and vodacom has failed me
