Vodacom Customer Service Useless

Vodacom customer service is the most useless service that I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to be the first contact when we have a problem or query which is the only number that is put on accounts etc. but what you get when you call is a consultant only the other end telling you that they cannot help you and you must go back to the store where you took the contract. All the consultant did was look at the computer screen and say \ I can only assist with what I see on my computer screen and I can't help you further and you must go back to the store and they will contact their trading agent".
