Vodacom customer service? Unheard of!

Check this out. Reported problem with vodacom 2 weeks ago. Long sob story about loadshedding and only 2 available towers. Ticket closed not resolved. Last week on Hellopeter. Reported again. Vodacom responds by saying they will contact me. Nada. SAID they responded PRIVATELY. Got sms. Ticket closed. Still waiting on ANYBODY to call or even email. Where would you be Vodacom without US (your customers) ? I hope a new trustworthy company would join the market and f%$#@ these okes up.
