Vodacom customer service unable or not willing to help fix my SMS problems
Vodacom customer support just don’t seem to know what they are doing. I have two Vodacom numbers on two different iPhones. One can reply to SMS messages received from the USA and the other cannot. The same one that can reply to USA messages can receive messages from the school D6 Communicator but the other cannot.
It seems that Vodacom cannot comprehend nor are they interested in trying to assist me. They instead turn international roaming on. How is this a fix if I’m sitting in Jhb??
