vodacom customer service suck!

Once someone phone you to explain they willing to help, nobody get back to you. After the Vodacom Customer guy phoned me and told me to send my phone bakc to them for the 4th time, he just disappeared.! He never phone me back, as he told he will do. He never responded on this messages and also didn't want to give any number so that i could get hold of him. The phone go back to vodacom and everyone again through they hands in the air and said, sorry we can't help.! The Vodacom Customer service is the most terrible i ever have to deal with. They just want to make money with new contract and then when you have a problem, you are on your own. I wonder what will this guy excuses be! Suck suck suck! Vodacom Customer service suck!

Team.? The guy phoned me, he never come back to me. He let me send my phone away, and still he didn't get back to me. We are leaving for holiday, he promised the phone will be back. Stil nothing received or ANY Response.
Where is my phone.??
