Vodacom Customer service representatives are not good

I recently complained about Vodacom. I did get a response from Vodacom and the query was closed. Vodacom customer service employees need to stop chasing sales and start considering the business of Vodacom. I dealt with other departments and they were also disappointed. So Vodacom you can do better when it comes to customer service reps because they always get you into these kind of troubles.
