Vodacom Customer Service Puts the Phone down after a Question asked.

I would not recommend Vodacom. I lost money (airtime) trying to buy Data. Phoned "Customer Service" (it's in brackets cause their Customer Service is not really customer service) , first you need to struggle with a droid, then when the droid can't help you, you end up (thankfully) talking to a human. So, the first person i spoke to could not help me, and transferred me to someone that can help me. The lady that helped me introduced herself as Delia, helping me in a very respectful way. I thought to myself, okay this will be resolved soon....NO! She (Delia) told me she will phone me back the following day (This happend on Thursday the 25th of January 2024) because the system has to go through 24hrs to pick up the problem or something like that, she also said she is a woman of honor and will phone me back tomorrow. Well , guess what...no phone call received from Vodacom / Delia. So I initially thought, well that's the same old story with a lot of these big companies, they take no pride in their products, services and customer service, so I may as well just forget about it. I received a phone call back today (Tuesday 30 January 2024) - obviously excuses and explained the issue again. So I asked her (Delia) what is the outcome, what you going to do about it? And she put the phone down. SO, very easy this one. I'm leaving Vodacom asap. I do not recommend Vodacom. Putting a phone down when a customer still asks questions and wants answers is way below par. Tata Vodacom.
