Vodacom Customer Service is the worst

Ive been struggling to get assistance with cancelling a contract that has already expired with Vodacom. Really, the service is non-existent and so much inconsistent communication from different consultants. It seems like all Vodacom is interested in is locking us in but they dont provide support
