Vodacom customer service is PATHETIC !!

I cant believe this, i have tried multiple times to contact vodacom fiber to fix my 2.4G because i cant use my baby monitor without it and all the technicians do is use up my airtime and put me on hold for hours ****erarily hours).

All i can say is that Vodacom is only interested in taking your money and once they have that they are not interested in your problems.

this is my second complaint in the space of a week, they promised to get back to me but haven't.
