Vodacom customer service is Pathetic!!!

Vodacom is a joke when it comes to customer service, all agents I have talked with they do not do their job. Sibusiso who is a supervisor in customer service, that one just need to be fired "how is he even qualified to be supervisor?"

I ask you one thing change my fiber line to a different address, pathetic customer service!!! I need to change to a new ISP.
