Vodacom Customer Service is NON EXISTENT
I am battling to get an upgrade... I spoke to Kholisile, Nomthandazo, Tshego asked for a Manager to call me... Still waiting. The fact this account is still on the old system shows that it's an old loyal customer. This is such a shame because we have a business account with Vodacom as well and I might just cancel this

Called today again and your consultants are so not willing to listen to the problem...Spoke to Waseem and I must say I was so thrown aback by his response to me and lack of interest that I threw the phone down in his ear.
