Vodacom customer service is in effective

Vodacom Bussiness customer care is a not helpfull and should look at what it is to serve customers. I have logged a call my data on my security cameras is going missing and customer care let me wait 24 to get a log on where it went i have received no email and it is over 40 hours when i call them again the informed me to wait again so when contacting customer care be sure it is a waiting came and nobody knows when your problems will be resolved
