Vodacom customer service is atrocious

A vodacom sales agent mislead me on a DEVICE-LESS contract, tied me into a two year contract and delivered a B.S. educational voucher I don't want. Now they refuse let me get a device on that number. I have escalated the issue 3 times in the past two weeks and no one EVER calls me back. When I escalate the issue I am never given a reference number so every time I call back I speak to a different person and go through the whole explanation again. I have been a vodacom customer since the mid 90s and have 4 contracts with them. They don't seem to care about customer service.
