Vodacom customer service is a waste of time

Our contract was renewed and now the line is suspended. On numerous occasions we have called the customer services and been in the branch to try and resolve this. The managers are useless they don't even acknowledge customers. The consultants are *********** and don't even understand what they are doing. It's all about a sale. The service and communication is disgusting. Never go am extra mile
