Vodacom customer service is ****!!!

It's sad when a big corporation like Vodacom get it wrong... We went to their offices and they refer you to the 082135 line, disgusting and then that line tells you that they must help in the shop... Vodacoms service is really ****py! We spoke to Naiem, Tombi and John to try and cancel the service and it's pathetic... 48 hours turned into days, nothing happened... We have 4 contracts and we want to cancel the one that expired in February and they not doing it... Could this be theft? Or maybe we should send it all back and get their attention... We have been trying for months, what's happening to Vodacom???
