Vodacom Customer service - GHASTLY

Vodacom has NO customer service whatsoever. They cannot be contacted and their supposed customer email line and ***** reporting line is non-existent as far as I am concerned. I reported ***** on my bank account, a debit done by Vodacom's *********** staff of R 6000 for another number not belonging to me. Just cannot get it resolved despite reporting it to their so-called ***** department. Got no feedback and their follow up email returns as undeliverable. Be warned do not use this service provider.
